Leo Sandoli
Leo Sandoli, Reporter
Leo Sandoli is a junior entering his second year on staff and is thrilled to continue reporting for the Sentry. He’s especially passionate about contributing to the news and opinion sections, where he enjoys diving into current events and sharing thoughtful perspectives. Outside the newsroom, Leo is a dedicated athlete who plays soccer and basketball for our school. He enjoys hanging out and playing golf with friends but also loves to spend time relaxing while listening to music or reading. Leo has a deep interest in politics and economics, and enjoys looking into how government, institutions, and ideas influence everyday life—often sparking thoughtful discussions with peers and inspiring future story ideas.
Aanya Goel
Aanya Goel, Instructional Technology Coordinator
Aanya Goel is a junior entering her second year on staff. This year she will serve as our Instructional Technology Coordinator. She is a dedicated member and captain of our school’s ultimate frisbee team. In her free time, she enjoys reading, rock climbing, and attending concerts with her friends. Her favorite artists to listen to are Hozier, Role Model, and Harry Styles, but she loves listening to any and all music. Outside of school, she plays a multitude of recreational sports, like basketball and flag football, but her favorite sport to watch is Formula One. Her indoor hobbies include experimenting in the kitchen, and you can often find her baking the latest cake that appeared on her Instagram for you page.
Kirsten Wolf
Kirsten Wolf, Photographer
Kirsten Wolf is a freshman photographer for The Sentry, and this is her first year on staff. She is extremely excited to go to school events to take action photos. She is a team member of our school’s ultimate frisbee team and is on another Arlington team called WACCTOWN. She enjoys all types of art, and she practices quite a few of them. You might find her in the back of class drawing an eye in her sketchbook or typing up a poem. She also knits and loves painting landscapes. Above everything, poetry is her favorite form. She loves figurative language, symbolism and the feeling of free verse.
Chloe Wisniewski
Chloe Wisniewski, Photographer
Chloe Wisniewski is a junior photographer entering her first year on staff. She is a member of our school’s volleyball team, so you’ll catch her in the gym often times outside of school. She also loves to listen to music and hang out with friends in her free time. She is passionate about traveling and loves to go on vacation. This year Wisniewski is most excited to take pictures at school sporting events, being able to get up close and personal on the field or court. She is excited to spark a new love for photography on The Sentry this year!
Johnas Sadauskas
Johnas Sadauskas, Photography Editor
Johnas Sadauskas is a junior and the Photo Editor for The Sentry. This is his third year on staff and his first year as a Photo Editor. His soccer team has done pretty well for not knowing that they moved up a division till the week of the first game. He is passionate about cooking and taking care of his pets. His culinary skills are above average but not amazing. Sadauskas has a dog named Frenchy and a bearded dragon named Bucky. His dog is 15 years old and still acts like a puppy. Johnas’s lizard Bucky is around 6 years old and is around 3lbs.
