While walking around Yorktown, seeing students listening to music through their headphones is extremely common. Whether students are listening to Spotify or Soundcloud, the latest music fills their ears as they walk from class to class. As I asked students walking around the halls between class periods and the lunchroom what they were listening to, I received these responses:

Travis Scott- “beibs in the trap”

Jay Maddox, sophomore

Madeintyo, Big Sean- “Skateboard P”

Summer Williams, freshman

My Chemical Romance- “I Don’t Love You”

Reece Preisser, junior

Post Malone- “Candy Paint”

Nathan Strickland, sophomore

Stephen Schwartz- “Glory”

Grace Durgavich, freshman

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard- “Melting”

Vlad Gaginsky, sophomore

Vance Joy- “Fire and the Flood”

Anna Love, junior

Zayn Malik- “LIKE I WOULD”

Katherine Holden, freshman

Migos, 2 Chainz- “Deadz”

Luke Sedor, sophomore

Nicki Minaj, Drake, Lil Wayne- “No Frauds”

Nathan Hosmer, freshman

Swipey- “Mood”

Shay Stevens, freshman
