You hear murmurs about top genres and artists all day at school, and you anxiously wait until the end of the school day to check your phone. You open Spotify, and are bombarded with bright, almost fantastical, visuals depicting your year’s music stats. Spotify Wrapped has come out. You open up Instagram to see your friends’ Wrappeds and stumble across one with a concerning number of hours for just one artist, and you wonder who in our school has the craziest stats.

To celebrate this holiday, here are our school’s craziest ones:

#5: Pari Blackburn: Top 0.05% fan of Deftones

#4: Aanya Goel: 5,208 mins of Heaven by Niall Horen; 25,000 mins with same artist

#3: Sev Conley: Top 0.005% fan of My Chemical Romance

#2: Axel Blake: Top 0.001% fan of Hozier

#1: And as a grand finale, Storm Honigstock: Top 0.005% fan of Cavetown, 2,910 artists, 5,877 songs, and 274,219 minutes in total (that’s 4,500 hours, meaning 12 hours a day)

As you can tell, our school has some pretty avid music fans. We can’t wait to see who makes our list next year.
